A lot of people are looking for flats in Shanghai, and the chinese standards are really different from western ones. Moreover, some agents aren't honest and just want to sell their flats as quick as possible.

Avoid the language barrier : A member of the SOS Expat team will be with you for all the visits. You'll NEVER be by yourself with a chinese agent. We're always here with you and speak english or french with you !

We ensure a quality service : our goal is to find the perfect place for you after a maximum of 5 visits!

All the flats are selected by the SOS Expat Team, and respect western standards :

- Close to the metro stations (5 to 15 minutes walking distance)
- Usually on line 2 (Zhongshan Park, Jiangsu Lu, Jing An Temple, Nanjing Lu, Zhongshan Park)
- 3 or 4 bedrooms to share with roommates
- Washer and internet

- Clubhouse with gym, pool, tennis (optional)
- ShortTerm contracts (optional)
